Amazingly Detailed Hand Carved Artifactual Mohawkite Skull
We were so excited to see the folks from Artifactual again this year in Tucson. Their skulls are amazingly detailed, but are clearly individual and hand-carved--different than the nicely detailed but all-the-same machine carved ones that are out there. It was really hard not to buy all of them.
This stone is named after the Mohawk mine. It's a rare semiprecious gem, and much of it is taken for the jewelry world, so it's unusual to find carvings. The splashes of gold are just stunning!
It is about 1 1/3" long and weighs 20.6g. It comes in its own box. Price includes shipping insurance and signature required additional cost.

it is a very little skull, but it is heavy for its size, and very detailed one for sure, just like they described! the spark of what looks gold is evident... I am not sure if it is gold.. by the price I paid it should be thou... LOL... none the less it is a beauty! and it came with its own little padded box! I am going to charge it by the next moon cycle and then it will have th FREQUENCY I like in it! thank you...
